Our Shipping Policy
We hope you will enjoy your new purchase. If you don’t, send it back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We will be happy to refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, shipping costs and all special orders are non-refundable.
For damaged merchandise, returns or exchanges, please call 1-800-989-8377 or email orders@texasterritories.com before shipping merchandise. A Return Authorization number will be issued if the return or exchange is approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please save all packaging and packing materials for damaged merchandise. Wrap the package securely and include the original packing slip along with a brief note describing the reason for the return or exchange. With a permanent marker, write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. The item should be returned via UPS or Insured Parcel Post to:
